!DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS WE CAN OFFER EXCHANGES ONLY!

EXCHANGES apply when:

•  product is faulty
•  product does not look like the advertised item
• the fit is faulty 

Exchanges must be send back within 14 days of receiving your product.  Exchanges will qualify for a pre-paid shipping label. Turnaround for exchanges is 14 days from receiving your product back. 

Exchanges will NOT be accepted when:

• You have changed your mind about the product
• You have provided incorrect measurements 
• You have worn the item but decided you no longer want it
• You have damaged the item
• You have input incorrect shipping address causing your item to go missing 

 

If you have input incorrect delivery address you will have to cover the shipping cost to have it shipped back to you
